Training Plan - Week 39 - 25 Sept to 1 Oct

With my race season effectively finished I should take a break. However we are going away on holiday next week and I still have to get too and from work this week so I still have a week of commuting and swimming.  

Target totals - Swim 2.0 miles. Bike 56.0 miles. Run 14.0 miles. 

1 short core, 1 short light weights and 1 short stretching sessions. 30 mins of yoga.
