No racing this week, and commutes to the office every day for shutdown.
After my longest bike week of the year I am going to crash straight past that with another huge bike week. I am also going to go through 100 miles of swimming and probably through my longest swim year ever.
The flip side is that I may not run at all this week unless I can fit something in to a quiet evening somewhere or sneak out of work at lunchtime.
Target totals - Swim 2.0 miles. Bike 56.0 miles. Run 14.0 miles.
1 short core, 1 short light weights and 1 short stretching sessions. 30 mins of yoga.
