Training Plan - Week 26 - June 26 to July 2
Evening League TT series is back this week with a local 9.5 miles at Fintray. That will give me a proper chance to test the disc wheel on a course I have an existing and comparable TT time for.
The rest of the week is standard commutes to work.
With the weekend free (I have decided not to go to Ripon to try and qualify for Rotterdam) for an optional swim or bike.
Target totals - Swim 2.0 miles. Bike 56.0 miles. Run 14.0 miles.
1 short core, 1 short light weights and 1 short stretching sessions. 30 mins of yoga.
