Training Plan - Week 24 - June 12 to 18
Tuesday night is my second shot this year at a 10-mile TT on the 'fast' course at Drumoak. I am not quite ready for it but this will be my best chance to try and get my target of 26 minutes for a 10-mile TT.
Dexter is coming for a long weekend from Thursday and we are going for a walk at Bennachie on Saturday. I will hopefully get out with him some evenings and on Sunday to Kirkhill as well.
That all means extra running and probably short on biking this week.
Target totals - Swim 2.0 miles. Bike 56.0 miles. Run 14.0 miles.
1 short core, 1 short light weights and 1 short stretching sessions. 30 mins of yoga.
