This should be an almost normal week, under my new target numbers for the rest of the year. Much more on the bike and less swimming and running is the plan from now until the end of the year.
Tuesday night I have opted to take my turn to marshal the Evening League for the 18-mile TT. I plan to ride there from work and then home afterwards. That will put an awful lot of bike miles in to one day but was the only practical solution.
At some point this week I need to look at my race plans for the rest of the season, and potentially look at next year's plan as well.
Target totals - Swim 2.0 miles. Bike 56.0 miles. Run 14.0 miles.
1 short core, 1 short light weights and 1 short stretching sessions. 30 mins of yoga.
