Knockburn Sprint triathlon is on Saturday. I haven't actually entered yet as I am not actually convinced that I want to race it. I don't like the bike course or the number of bad drivers that are often on it during the race. I really don't like the run course of multiple cross-country loops.
However, I have decided not to go to Ripon next week to try and qualify for the Worlds in Rotterdam, so this is my only chance to race properly before deciding whether to do the Scottish Champs at Monikie. I will have to make a decision by the closing date on Tuesday. At the end of the day it may come down to the fact that £39 for a sprint race just annoys me too much.
My new disc wheel should hopefully arrive this week, but there is no TT to test it at.
Target totals - Swim 2.0 miles. Bike 56.0 miles. Run 14.0 miles.
1 short core, 1 short light weights and 1 short stretching sessions. 30 mins of yoga.
