Training Plan - Week 49 - December 4 to 10
We are going away for a long weekend in Inverness from Friday. I am going to take in my first Parkrun while we are there.
Apart from that it is commuting all week and swimming when I can.
Target totals - Swim 2.0 miles. Bike 56.0 miles. Run 14.0 miles.
1 short core, 1 short light weights and 1 short stretching sessions. 30 mins of yoga.
